Finding and comparing datasets with similar expression patterns

In this tutorial, learn how to use QIAGEN IPA Pattern Search to rapidly identify and compare other datasets with similar patterns of expression from a library of greater than 100,000 analyses. Not only will this analysis assess the number of genes in the analysis that match to the gene pattern in your network, but it also takes into account the direction of expression too. This feature requires an Analysis Match or Analysis Match Explorer IPA license.
