Be careful with the flavored ones. Sometimes the manufacturers add it to cover over the taste of oxidized oil. Remember if it's poor quality fish oil it is more detrimental than beneficial to your health.

It frustrates me a lot! There are so many benefits from fatty fish! I can't eat fish, my favorite protein. I got an allergic reaction to a fish some time back!

I take two tablespoons almost every day. I take liquid and never get fish burps or smelly fish shits. I take it with digestive enzymes to help with absorption

I am going to take 2 tsp of the oil, 1g omega 3 with 471mg per tsp. So twice that is okay for me if I’m 40 years old and active?
