Are you licensed in Rhode Island? And if so, when is the best time to talk to you? My lease is up in September 2022 so I still have quite a bit to go lol. But I’d definitely like to talk to someone like you instead of a big call center type lender

Spot on! Fast and easy may sound good but most people have no idea how much that will cost them in the end. But that's the marketing craze right now for both lending and RE

Hi. Thank you so much for useful info. Q: for how long is the approval valid?

Hello. I’ve heard you really need one pre-approval before you start looking at homes and can shop around later. When would you recommend this extra shopping around? I’ve heard some say when you sign a contract, but that seems really late especially since the time starts ticking on the contract dates. Or would you recommend getting 2-3 pre-approvals first so the lenders already have your info?

Speaking from experience. I fell for the 1 minute approval for the new build I'm under contract for now. My biggest issue was I asked that lender to go through underwriting and the mortgage company said not until 60 days before close they refused to do it at the time. Well guess what, things hit the fan.

That (and these videos) led me to working with Jen and team now and we are 2 weeks out from closing. Can't wait.

Hey Jennifer, I’ve been a loan officer for about a year and a half and I find so much value on this channel.

Can you speak on the clients who think they know better than you and argue every point or every condition?

I don’t mind a client who challenges me and makes sure I’m on my A game. But some become bitter and bicker when they have to jump through some hoops to close a loan.

Thanks!
