Pro tip on the warehouse business. Slowly fill the warehouses up via the Staff Members (or by doing missions if you like) and keep them full. Eventually (every few months) R* will do a week where the payout for the sell mission will be increased. Sell then. This makes it like a sort of passive business barely needing any effort with huge payouts when the time comes

I already knew all this but it was fun to watch. Always love TGG, I have 5 large warehouses and have been doing it for a long time. Also one thing TGG didn’t mention is that if you don’t plan on doing it all in one day and you just wanna fill some and do some more over time. Don’t ever get past the raid point where the raid algorithm starts. Because getting raided sucks in these warehouses. So if you have a small warehouse don’t go past 11 crates
Medium warehouse don’t go past 29 crates
And a large warehouse don’t go past 77 crates.
That is like I said if you don’t plan on delivering the same day you’re filling them.
12/30/78 crates trigger the raid clock.
Thanks TGG for great video

I remember (a long time ago now) I used to know every single Vehicle Cargo mission off by heart, I only needed to hear the first word from my assistant and I knew what mission it was and where it would spawn. I also knew what to expect with NPC's and how to avoid paying damage costs. Miss those times tbh.

Editing is so smooth! Literally makes it way more visually impressive!

Here's a good tip to know:

You can actually know if the source mission is either a vehicle or the pick up the cargo one by one.

If it's a vehicle cargo, your warehouse will disappear on the map.

If it's the pick up the cargo one by one, both warehouse icons will be on the map.

For example, if you have to 2 warehouses and did a source mission, and the warehouse icon is gone from the map, it means that you have the vehicle cargo.

If both icon is on the map, then you got one by one cargo.

Man, level of quality of these animations are so good. Your animator is definitely professional and knows what he does. It feels actually like real educational video to be honest. Props on that, really

PSA: the high demand from rival players bonus also works in friends sessions. So if you have like a bunch of friends in the session you can sell your cargo for some extra profit

I sold 5 full large warehouses yesterday for the first time since passive sourcing came into play in public lobbies. 26.5 million. It's a grind, but jeez the money is good. Nice video as always TGG

Gotta say, I admire your dedication to your craft. Been watching your channel for about a year now, just tuning in for the weekly updates. I watched a video you posted earlier in the week apologizing for being under the weather and not having a ton of energy. I tune in today to a very detailed and awesomely edited video, and of course you having your enthusiasm back. Keep being awesome at what you do and you definitely earned my subscription to your channel with this one.

Once you can afford it i recommend the chain of four large WHs in east LS plus either Walker&Sons at the docks or the West Vinewood WH depending on which one is located better for you.
The four WHs in a row are really nice to manage. You can go to them and send the clerks really fast. They re also good for parking the Terrorbyte in between two of them if you wanna source crates.
I only send the clerks and after playing 3 weeks of GTA, my WHs are already full now. Much better semi-passive business then MC labs cause you dont have to do tedious and time consuming sale missions all the time. You just need some patience and large WHs will pay back their price and more right on the very first sale (if its a full sale). Afterwards it only adds up. All you got to do is sending the clerks as often you can.

This is pretty much how i make most of my money. Source cargo for 5 large warehouses every 48mins on both my characters and do other missions while waiting. I sell all cargo about once a month when there's a bonus. This week there's a 1.5x bonus so i got 33mil instead of 22mil. Great guide as always, effects and editing are top notch. Awesome vid!

An exceptionally well put-together video, and a very interesting look into one of the best businesses at the moment in gta. Well done dude!

Pro-tip: Cargo warehouses don't have sleeping quarters, so you won't be able to fast travel there. Buy warehouses near your other businesses to reduce travel time.

Damn the amount of time and effort you and your editor put on this video is amazing-- rockstar should be paying you for this content!!!

I love these guides and they're really useful, but GTA is the very definition of "speculate to accumulate". I play solo and wanted an Oppressor for travel. In order to afford that, I had to buy the Kosatka so I could access Cayo Perico. Set up missions took ages, so I used my first money to buy a Sparrow. As I wanted weapons on the Oppressor, I needed a Terrabyte. But in order to get the Terrabyte, I needed the night club. In order to make money from the night club, I had to buy five other businesses. In order to get the most out of the night club, I had to pay for the upgrade. I now have a Kosatka, night club, bike auto shop, Acid Lab, CEO office, warehouse and the Oppressor and even less money than I started off with!

In my opinion, the Acid Lab is an amazing first business. You earn all the money necessary to buy and upgrade it in the related missions. Your staff will source materials for you. The selling missions can be done in a private lobby and are risk free if you're careful. $335, 000 dollars for a full lab. You need patience, but it's worth it.

Pro Tip:
When you start the mission if the warehourse BLIP you are sourcing for goes off of your map, it will always be one vehical, if it stays on the map it will always be three crates to pick up.

Thanks for the vid. I have watched all your content since I started playing GTA online during lockdown. I’m a pretty slow developer having only recently acquired an Oppressor Mk.2 for the first time which makes all the difference when grinding. Love your weekly update vids too…always the most informative. I’m nearly 50 years old so hoping I’ll live to see GTA6!! 😂…Btw, not everyone has a headset. I can’t really justify the cost to be honest for a wireless one…besides, I have no friends to team up with.
Keep us all entertained as you do. Cheers mate. 👍🏼

I've had all 5 large warehouses full for over a month, hopefully we get double money soon, I'm getting tired of all the raids every time I register as CEO. Basically almost all my businesses are full, MC, bunker, nightclub and SC warehouses except V warehouse and hangar. And the GTAO content TGG creates has basically become a tradition to watch, hopefully you'll achieve 2M subs this year, keep up the great work.
