Serge, I have watched your other videos and they've been helpful. But this one put me off. Hiring a 3-dollar/hour VA is outrageous and sheer exploitation of talent. I'm NOT sorry to say this. I'm based in India and I guess 'First world' folks have been inspired by such messages and hence they reach freelancers like me asking if I could do a job for 2 dollars or 3 dollars an hour?

Seriously, Serge? Like, seriously?? So you guys wanna make 30k dollars a month by outsourcing tasks to "Third world" for F-ing peanuts??? Would you have done a 3-dollar/hour job for a client? Do things to others that you'd do to yourself, man - that's all I'd say.

Freelancing as a whole can grow - provided clients don't think of exploiting freelancers. That's a gentle reminder. Else people would stop having faith in freelancing and their own business and they'd eventually might wanna go back to doing a 9-5.

The 9-5 job that I worked here in India paid me more than 3 dollars an hour btw. Such low rates are for the gutters - for people who really do not value themselves.
