I've probably watched about 30 videos on this lens in the last week before I bought. Everyone who compared it towards the G Master versions of this lens say its better then the first and only slightly worse than that second in image quality. I'd say then, that makes this one of the best Third Party zooms ever made.

I don’t know if I should buy this lens, because I have a feeling Sigma will release a new 24-70 f2.8 V2 to compete with Tamron’s and Sony’s next generation of 24-70. I’m I correct? What do you think?

Do you face dust issue? Many reported that dust goes inside the glass.

is the dust issue fixed? i heard a lot of reviews that over time dust gets inside. sold my tamron 28-75 and thinking of getting the sigma

weight and size are the only cons of this lens. I wanted to go for 28-70 C, but that extra 4 mm for wider 24mm is still a big deal

I bought a 17-55 f2.8 and 70-200 f2.8 and now my 35mm f1.8 is always inside the dry box.
