I think the field ability is something like lifting people in the air then slamming them on the ground. He could say something cool doing it. I heard Rammatra really likes music so "What is that melody?" would be a great fit

I posted this on a different video but I’ll post it here too. All of this is speculation but: Perhaps his E ability will do damage but also forcibly ground the target. The icon shows an arrow going down and he is using it on a tracer, but also a flying eco, second screen shot shows it being used on Pharah and mercy. Maybe it will make enemies fall faster and prevent them from jumping and climbing walls, perhaps maybe even slow people down as well.

If this is his E ability perhaps his ultimate is something similar to zenyata’s ultimate in appearance, however instead of healing people it’s a wider version of his E abilities which follows him around (him being the center of the ability) and maybe he stays in nemesis mode for the duration of the ability. So he chases down targets who struggle to run or fly away. It would also be cool if in nemesis mode he can jump a lot higher. Basically I kinda imagine him being a techno-powered hulk.

Also I suspect his tank form/ suit may be created from the orb/ material in his staff to create the suit.

It would be cool if his ultimate changes depending on whether he's in nemisis form or normal form. So one is a melee ultimate and the other a long range ultimate.

I'd heard that his Ultimate can be used in either form, but that it would transform you into Nemesis if you were not already. So I wonder if it could be similar to Winstons with the rapid fire melee.

Just going off what logically could work for his alt, I would say it's a self nano like ability, because his primary and whole playstyle would change so drastically that I feel the best alt they could give him would be one that just either let's him brawl longer and dive deeper or deal more ranged dmg if he needs.
