ther is an smal mistake in dAs/dt =p^4 + 2p^2 +1 = 4p^3 + 4p +0 so the first coeff shoud be equal to 4 not 3 in routh table table

There's a mistake in differentiation.
Also, how can I tell if the system is marginally stable after solving the routh hurwitz criteria??
