Come and enjoy an informal chilled space to talk about community herbalism and how plant medicine brings magic and connection.

The world we are living in is constantly evolving and changing, but the companionship of the natural world can provide great consistency. Karen and Fiona have developed relationships with many of their local plant friends and wild weeds, and have cultivated medicines over the past few decades. In this relaxed workshop, they will share some of the health-giving and magical secrets of the plant world, and dip into how these plants can empower and offer health freedoms and inspiration.

Join the Seed Sistas to explore together the important subject of herbal help in times of stress and anxiety and how it can support mental wellbeing. The session will open with a ritual and look at the importance of how to hold space for oneself and others whilst working with plant medicines. They will touch on native psychotropic herbs, especially some of their beloved Solanaceae, and look at how the politics of these plants is reflected in attitudes towards mental and social health.
