On the humor part: Belgians are very well versed in most types of humor, dark and grim is not a default for all of them. I'd say most of it is a decent or good portrait of the Belgian woman, beyond and despite their lingual and cultural divide.

I'm agreing with Jarett on this. Mostly accurate on being down to earth, dark sense of humor etc. Only thing I would notice (as a bilingual Belgian) is that the video portrays rather french speaking Belgian women. Flemish women might still prefer the 'classic' dates with the typical stuff still and are slightly less spontanious (though as much enjoyable ofcourse).
Also I would add that (french speaking) Belgian women are really go with the flow, like you'd get quite some time before having to decide wether or not something is to be something serious or not.
Quite universal when it comes to not behaving like a macho. If you're funny or clever that's much more appreciated here :)

Most of the Belgians I've met were Flemish so Dutch-speaking. The girl in this video is French-speaking. However, I feel that all this is pretty accurate for Dutch-speaking Belgians as well.
