Fix from todays Rockstar support:

Please take a look at the steps below and see if they fix the issue for you:

Restart the computer

Go to the Documents folder and rename the "Rockstar Games" folder to Rockstar games-old.

If you have One Drive, please do the same steps "-old" on there also

Start the game

When asked for the cloud save, hit "not right now, "

(Note you'll be prompted to do the Prologue again)

Just restart your pc guys (not shut down and turn back on, completely restart) it worked for me

for me i dont see gta launcher or the launcher in rockstar games
