For all those who have same issue as me and tried literally everything, it's because of your IP. Rockstar "blocks" your IP somehow and you can easily fix it with downloading WARP which is the program that will put your IP address on "private" and Rockstar wouldn't make any problems with that anymore. It doesn't contest lag or anything like that. Enjoy guys!

For my situation I had to turn off my Windows Defender as it blocked the Patcher to run. You can either do that or add all the Social Club Folder in the exclusions for Windows Defender and it will work fine.

I think it should be illegal for these games to sell entertainment products that cant be accessed online when you pay for them. Illegal. What if you are in asituation out in the wilderness or something and have no access or somewhere you simply cant connect to the internet? its criminal. Basically these launchers (Uplay is ok, Steam is reasonably good for the most part UNLESS you have to run an installer that constantly wants to connect to the internet all the time with NO effective offline mode function built into th elauncher that makes the launcher STOP trying to reconnect) make it impossible to play your games youve purchased whenever you want to play them.

I have this problem to, but now i can play gta online without vpn, u can uninstall all of the game data and app on your PC, and install again the game(Steam)
