Not sure anyone realized but the starting letters of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary prevention line up with their definitions: (P)revent [before it comes up], (S)creen [once it may be there already], and (T)reat [once it's diagnosed]

Then follow his notes with these videos. i hate biostats, it doesnt come easy to me, i infact failed it in basic sciences - but he made learning fun and when doing the practice questions, pause the video to work it out yourself first - guaranteed your self confidence will be boosted.
