I am an ex-employee of Kotak Bank. This is the worst bank to work for. The system is very slow and has too much pressure for sales without giving better service. For opening the current account it takes 25 to 30 days, where as other banks take 2-3 days.

next must be acted on Icici bank and icici securities.

when you go to open a bank account, the sales guy makes you fill all 3 in one account forms which opens up a bank linked demat account .. as soon as i paid 25000 in Bank, next day without my knowledge it got sweeped to securities account and 800 rupees was charged in icici securities.

this is a literal scam. no clarity . no information. just pure intentionally evil.

As per RBI directions Kotak Mahindra Bank can't open its earlier 811 account. Other accounts as well services of the bank remain same as it was. No one should panic over false rumours...

I opened my dad's account on kotak deposited money and then they disabled account for mismatch of my grandparents name spelling. Even visiting bank multiple times they were not activating account. We changed spelling of my grandfather now they come up with new query they need signed I'd card. Now I mailed top to bottom it took one year to get money locked in inactive account.

Mat khola Karo koi bhi financial product Kotak Bank se. Yeh mere saath khud hua hai. Savings account open Kiya tha. Ghar pe kuchh din mein net banking ka password envelope mein aaya. Password ko Maine kotak ke net banking pe try Kiya. Nahi chala. Matlab kisi ne Bank mein hi naye password ko badal Diya tha. Agle hi din maine kotak ka savings account hi band kar Diya. Yeh starting ka experience itna Ganda tha. Kotak ke maalik bhale badi badi baatein Karen par main door rehta hoon.

I'm using kotak bank and I must say services are top notch although I have faced first time some issues recently in payments in the journey of 5 years so I think bank will rectify it's system.
