ഞാൻ Kotak Bank NRE അക്കൗണ്ട് ഹോൾഡർ ആണ്. ഇവരുടെ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശം ആണ്. ഞാൻ ഒരിക്കലും ഈ ബാങ്ക് recommend ചെയ്യില്ല. branch manager നെ പോലും contact ചെയ്യാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ നെ ഇമെയിൽ ചെയ്താൽ reply പോലും തരില്ല. ആരും അബദ്ധത്തിൽ പെടേണ്ട. ഞാൻ എന്റെ അക്കൗണ്ട് close ചെയ്യാൻ request ചെയ്തു.
