With my drive, I find that if I keep my head behind the ball I have problem getting to my left side on follow through. Any suggestions?

I've got a pretty good swing now thanks to you Clay.
I hit my 6 iron around 150-160 yds my average launch angle is 22 degrees and average height is 32 yds.
I feel like my shots are going to high for a 6 iron, should I be taking more loft off do you think?

As far as shallowing the club, I feel like "throwing" my right elbow (trail arm) at the ball is the right movement to make to shallow the club. Is this a correct swing thought?
