I have some helpful information for U.S. citizens that's trying to bring there spouses from another country make sure you get your marriage license authenticated in the state you got married in and send the authenticated marriage license to the spouse country embassy that's here in The U.S.A. not in there country embassy to get the Stamp and seal on marriage license every country have a embassy here in the U.S. and in there country it will be easy process so your case don't get stuck. Me ( U.S. citizen )and my husband from Egypt got married in Utah State online virtual it's recognized with USCIS long as you go to the spouse country outside USA and consummate after marriage. Ok I got our marriage license authenticated in Utah to show real marriage and I sent our authenticated marriage license to The Egypt Embassy here in the USA not in husband country so it will show a real marriage for our spouse visa and the USCIS will see it's a real marriage
