Tesla Model Y Leads Sales in Sweden Despite Strike, Gains Market Share

In September, Tesla became the best-selling brand in Sweden, surpassing Volvo. The Tesla Model Y led the sales with 4,126 units, making it the top-selling car in the country. Its closest competitor, the Tesla Model 3, sold 643 units. Volvo’s XC40 came in third with 609 sales.

Despite the strike, Tesla employees have largely declined to participate. Many workers say Tesla offers conditions equal to or better than those demanded by the union. However, the union disputes this but has not provided data to back up their claims.
