Jeffrey. Love your channel and this is a winner. I know you said Beale St but that is in Memphis, TN and not Nashville. Regardless, this would be proudly served on any southern table. Thank you for sharing.

Jeffrey, I adore you and your cooking channel. I have one of your cookbooks and a whole pile of your printed recipes that my family and I have enjoyed immensely. Being a fan, I have some feedback that you might not wish to hear. I think this recipe is solid but could be really improved. Josh Cortis, another food tuber, has a Buffalo chicken bowl recipe that is killer and, IMHO, better than this recipe for a couple of reasons: (1) cook the chicken thighs on bake or broil mode after a nice marinade period of 2 plus hours and (2) use less rice and incorporate some nice veggies (zucchini, mushrooms, onions). Marinating the chicken thighs and cooking in the oven (or on the stove) creates some nice browning /flavor that the instant pot doesn’t create when the chicken is effectively steamed in the pot with the rice…. Love you and keep going! This is only a “B” recipe in my book because I have had Josh’s recipe a number of times….

OMG! I totally had a brain blunder and made a reference to Beale Street being in Nashville when, in fact, it’s in Memphis! I meant no disrespect with this honest mistake as I’ve spent time in Memphis and Nashville and both are amazing cities ;)
