Hey Daniel and Rex, I am in college and I’m new to whiskey and I’ve been sipping different budget whiskey for awhile now for like 3 months, every time I go in for a smell I don’t smell what you guys are smelling maybe one or two notes but when ever I finish the bottles and smell again I can smell everything that you guys were describing. This happened to me when I started Wild Turkey 101 and finished it. Would love to know the reasoning, even from the people in the comments. Thank you guys and have a great day.

Over the past year with my infinity bottle I've had a system where I add 2 shots, take one out and bottle it in a miniature, and then have one shot for me etc etc. So over the year I've collected about 20 miniatures that tell a time lapse of my infinity bottle. Would be awesome if you guys did that one a small scale and asked people to guess what sort of whisky had been added at each step
