I like how these themes progress from "kind of groovy but still a good revelation song" to "THE WORLD IS ENDING EVERYONE IS DEAD AND ITS ALL THE DEFENDANT'S FAULT"

*Confess the Truth* - Dramatic reveals and insane plot twists.
*Pursuit* - The decisive evidence makes the true killer break down on the witness stand.

I think these theme's represent their games better than any other theme. The first being simple but intense. The second one being intriguing and unnerving and the third one being dark and dramatic.
The one of Apollo being very technical and professional. The one of investigations having an elegance and flare to it.
The one of the crossover being extremely heavy and almost religious and the one of Duel Destinies being grand and powerful.
The final one being very mysterious and ominous.

I've always loved 2002. I know the darker themes in there but 2002 really just brought out the sense of seriousness of what's happening in the courtroom. It doesn't matter if it's the defendant or not, what's happening has serious consequences and those consequences are entirely independent of what the ones involved in the cases are going through/went through. I think 2002 hits this concept hard, the closest one to this effect has to be 2007. It really just drives home the punch of "This is the house of law, what's happening here is something incredibly serious and irreversible."

I love how they shift from "Aha! This is what REALLY happened!" to "Oh, no... so this is what happened..." as the mood of the game shifts.

I'm playing Apollo Justice and I've never felt such an adrenaline rush. It is simply technical, elegant and vividly conveys the sentiments of Apollo.

I think that Great Ace Attorney's Confess the Truth is the best, it starts with the build up, then the realization, then the horror at what actually happened, in other games its like. "oh i hid in the basket and pretended I didn't move" in DGS, this plays when "I moved the dead body, to not ruin my life with my wife, That was the first time i cursed god" Or Like in case 1, where Hosonaga hid his identity to let Ryunosuke take the fall for Brett''s murder. So cool.

How does 2012 not get more love? I think it perfectly underscores the triumph of getting the truth in the context of the chaotic and life-threatening witch trials. It gets me super pumped with every listen.

T&T has always been my favourite. The tension and drive towards to the end really fits the game, especially bridge to turnabout
Though, DGS is a very close contender

I also wish JFA was in 5/4 like AAI, since I quite like it. That would have bumped it up for me.
