Be careful with evening primrose oil because it is a blood thinner. The only negative side effect I experienced was being very dizzy and lightheaded after I would take it. I took it for a while and there were a lot of positive side effects with it, it does make your hair grow faster, it clears up a lot of skin problems, especially acne. But looking back I did have to buy more bras after I started taking evening primrose oil but I didn't notice the correlation until watching this video.

Starting size - 32 inches

Month 1- 32 1/2 they have definitely grown but I think only enough for me to notice rn if you get what I mean 🫶 going to start massaging with coconut oil aswell for month 2 - update half way through month 2 haven’t done the coconut oil soz I can’t find any

Month 2- 32 1/2 they’re the same although I think the look bigger evidently they’re not 💁‍♀️ guys im stressing why don’t I have DDs everyone please think big boob thoughts for the third month

Month 3- 33 inches I finished the three months idk if I should continue to take them as I’m not sure if they’ll continue to grow. If anyone has any more tipss on how to grow ya boobs please let me know in the replies x 🫶
