The graphics are “better” by far but have lost the theme & aesthetic of this GTA. All the GTA’s aside from 5 have their own mood and feel, its part of what makes them so iconic. These graphics look realistic but at thee expense of the feeling. Good graphics here are not as immersive as feeling like you are somewhere alive. Driving mechanics are trash, characters look depressed and almost no npc’s on sidewalk
