How The Federal Reserve Was Created

On December 23, 1913, Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act. In the early 1900s, financial panics were frequent as people didn’t trust the safety of their bank deposits. To help stabilize the economy, Woodrow Wilson created the US Federal Reserve — a central bank independent from the federal government, with the power to print money, adjust interest rates, and require minimum cash holdings for banks. The Fed is designed to keep the economy running smoothly through booms and busts, controlling inflation and keeping unemployment as low as possible.

It’s under ZERO scrutiny. You should have included the quote from Wilson once he realized what he signed into reality. You forgot to mention it’s not regulated by our government either. If they were under watchful (genuine) eyes, it would have been abolished long ago.

A private company to "keep unemployment as low as possible". What kind of private company would be charged with market manipulation? They may say they are separate from the government, but why would the government grant that control to them. Corrupt A F 💰💰💰🤑

They did a remarkable job 12 years later.

To be fair, saying the federal reserve isn’t part of the government is like saying a gas station owners kids aren’t employees. Officially they aren’t, but they have to do what their parents say.

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."

~Woodrow Wilson

The Federal Reserve: Fighting inflation by doubling the US money-suply every decade since 1923. M1 (the amount of dollars in the economy) was less than half a trillion in 1960 and today is about 20 trillion. 4 trillion of these dollars were printed in 2021 alone.

Away from the federal government but let’s just include the word federal in the entity

Yeah it was signed but he did not create it. November 1910, six men – Nelson Aldrich, A. Piatt Andrew, Henry Davison, Arthur Shelton, Frank Vanderlip and Paul Warburg – met at the Jekyll Island Club, off the coast of Georgia, to write a plan to reform the nation’s banking system. The meeting and its purpose were closely guarded secrets, and participants did not admit that the meeting occurred until the 1930s. But the plan written on Jekyll Island laid a foundation for what would eventually be the Federal Reserve System. What they won't tell you is jekyll Island was owned at the time by The Rockefeller Family also Rothschilds were there

Wilson did not it is the federal bank. He just signed a bill that said it could be established. Go check your history. 😉

The market cannot constrain the Federal Reserve, and neither can the President of the United States. If such a Federal Reserve is called "independent, " then there is no need for the word "dictatorship" in the world.
