Day in the life of a TECH SALES REP

In this video, I'll take you on a typical day in the life of a Software Sales Rep working from home in the UK. This is what a typical day is like to work from home while also currently doing the 75 Hard Challenge / Two Workouts a Day. Gym session first thing in the morning, followed by the working day which includes cold calling, emails, vidyards, prospecting etc.

Something that I have incorporated into my day is a lunchtime walk. I got into the habit of sitting for prolonged periods without even realising and before I knew it, it was the end of the day.
