A 26 years old patient came to my clinic complaining of decayed upper teeth and the lower teeth are good and healthy, I asked the patient about the cause and she told me she recently removed the braces form the upper teeth which was on her upper teeth 5 years without any even change just only teeth destruction .
The patient can’t maintain a good flossing and brushing due to braces .
We decided to do gingivectomy and composite veneers in only visit by using simplified approach in only 3 hours including photography for each step And give her the chance to smile again .
