bass sounds KILLER! Go listen to Live Van Halen concerts from this era...you can't ever hear Dave articulate a word clearly...weird to actually hear him "sing"...no Michael background vocals today no Van Halen....they said this was a dark period for the band and the low selling no radio hit album...then give me dark period because this was a great record without the keyboards and Dance the Night Away nonsense
