Rebet Asker Greek Roots Series
The Green Note, London

This came at the end of an afternoon of rebetiko music at the Green Note on the 12th September. The great Mikis Theodorakis passed away on the 2nd of September, aged 96. It seemed fitting to finish our gig with two of his songs, honouring his memory. The incredible public all joined in and sung there hearts out. Rest in Peace Mikis Theodorakis and may the angels be touched and blessed by your beautiful music as we have been and always will be.
