WHERE HAVE I BEEN?👩🏼💻

On a digital detox. 🚫💻📱
.
That means I have been streamlining and prioritizing technology usage and taking a much-needed break from too many screens!
.
WHY?
.
First of all, this year has brought some big stuff to my life. My dear grandma passed away at 99 and I needed time with my family, and time to grieve properly.
.
I have also been busy working on my business and with my beloved clients. Yes, that does require the use of technology, so I have chosen to put that tech need ahead of other nice-to-have tech usage.
.
And, my kids are getting older/bigger and have needed me MORE. All of this is good. (I.e., I am also trying to better role model my tech usage for them!)
.
I am so thankful for the opportunity to focus on those most important things in my life.
.
And, I am thankful for the chance to evaluate the use technology/screens/social media/doom-scrolling/pinterest-spacing out/online shopping as a distraction from what matters most.
.
Not that I do any of those things.
.
Seriously...😆
.
The truth is: I take a digital detox quite often in life. But it's a little more noticeable when I have followers on social media for my holistic nutrition business.
.
