Screen printing white ink doesn't have to be so hard. If you follow these steps in this video you'll be printing white ink a whole lot easier.
Ryonet White is a specially formulated ink solely sold by our company. It's special formulation allows for a creamy easy to print texture but amazing coverage an opacity on the garment. It's an all around white that works as an under base, a highlight, and on 50/50 blends (Still use a Low bleed white to prevent dye migration however). Since SGIA 06' when we introduced it, printers have been raving about it all over the country. At this price for this good of ink, it's virtually a screen printers dream come true.

yeah, everything Ryan said is true, ... he just left out one small detail--- USE RYONET WHITE INK!!! Their ink really is the best, lays down the smoothest, the easiest. It's amazing this business that he has built; he has the best of everything. I really don't know of others doing this as well as he is! I no longer want to feel dumb when I "have to" get something too quick and go to Dallas... nope, plan ahead and figure in shipping time and STAY WITH RYONET!!!

What durometer is the squeegee? I’m trying to pull with 70 and it’s super hard on my wrists. Should I drop down to 60?
