Mmm! they look so delicious! I think I'll do them as kabobs with pineapple and bell pepper and put sweet n sour sauce glaze and serve them with rice mixed with veggie broth, peas and carrots. Thank you for another awesome idea for a meal, Melanie!

Mmmmm...that looks good! Adding some vegetables with the pork bites would make a nice dinner. Could you use a pork butt to make those pork bites? I use pork butt to make Hawaiian Kalua Pork.
