Agree…❤ I started Scuba diving at 50. Fall in love with it, mental health improved. Less anxious and much happier now… THANKS for sharing your story.

Nice work, and totally agree! It really has helped my daughter with her emotional rollercoaster, even just in our pool sitting and breathing underwater!

Thanks for sharing this with us! I had no idea you were so new to diving.
It truly is relaxing and meditative down there once we get past the initial learning curve and feeling of being task loaded.
I was certified in 2016, but then never did any diving until January of 2023. Between that time, I started a long distance relationship and spent all my time traveling to Alberta to be with my now wife. January of 23 we were in Hawaii and I tried to dive off Molokai, but was not at ease - too much task load to remember all the skills and deal with the wide open (and gorgeous) ocean.
It was at that moment I realized I needed to ReActivate and further my training and dive Alberta lakes. Since getting back in the water here, I’ve met an awesome community, developed new friendships, and expanded my knowledge and comfort so much, and continued to learn all the time.
