Hi guys, Chick Mooney with Mooney CDL here.

We have this video blog idea that we are launching. Want to share some experience and give you some of the ideas I’ve had over my last 30 years as a CDL holder and professional truck driver. These videos will include tips on common driving skills like backing and managing tail swing, and will also include thoughts on things like height clearances, post-trip, pre-trip and the benefits of establishing a routine.

Hi. Been watching your backing vids for weeks now. Am starting at Millis Transfer at their training program Feb 4th. Been watching over and over and have gotten some good pointers. Have been watching other vids about pre and post tripping and basically memorized the shtick. Everyone seems to agree that Millis has a good program. Just wanted to say thanks for the tips. I realize that watching vids isn't actually practicing but I've had the opportunity to practice at work with the company pick-up and 20ft. trailer and your vids have helped me considerably.
