It is good to be aware of the bad police issues to trap you. Thank you for the lesson.

Some lady once called in and reported me for being a child kidnapper. I honestly don't know why she would clakm that. I was just pushing my son around in my cart at the grocery store. Police didn't even talk to me. They came up behind me at the dairy section and flipped me upside down face first into the concrete floor. I was instantly knocked out but their body cams still show them beating and kicking me several times, while yelling for me to stop resisting. I woke up handcuffed, bleeding from my head and my entire body felt like it had been crushed. When they realized they had messed up they released me and told me to be more careful next time, cursing me out for resisting and just left me there on the floor unable to get up. My son was screaming in fear and to this day still freeze up in pure panic whenever he sees something even resembling an officers uniform. This whole thing was recorded on their bodycam and you can clearly see my lifeless body laying there like a family guy victim while they where brutally beating me from head to toe. They got their punishment, but in my country you don't get huge settlements like in the us so i barely got enough to cover my medical bill, much less cover the lost pay for all the days I was unable to work afterwards. That first impact when my head hit the concrete gave me a concussion, but luckily nothing more. I barely remember the incident, which that scumbag lawyer of theirs tried to spin to me lying because who wouldn't be able to remember something like that if it was true. Luckily this tactic was easily disproved when the bodycam was released

Never answer questions not related to why you were pulled over, and always ask if you are free to leave.

"Excuse me, officer, why are you telling me these words? Don't you have a breathalyzer to test your theory?"

When cops say anything like "do you mind if I search the car" & you say "no" but you mean "no your not searching my car" you can articulate that you meant what you meant. sometimes we say yes or no to those answers & quickly realise what we said & correct ourselves. Any normal person would say "its okay I get you I get you" but cops think you messing up means they can use that against you & its a solid statement that you can't go back on but you can go back! Its a dirty tactic used by some thinking they're smart & straight up corrupt cops...

Was driving my brothers car (it was in my dads name tho) with my then GF around 11/12 at night. I was doing everything right when we drove past a police car going the opposite way, and of course he turned around right away and flipped his lights on. He approached the car and immediately started yelling at my GF asking “Are you Brooke?” (My father). I began to speak trying to inform him that it was my fathers name, and before I could get a word out he’s yelling at me to be quite and “I’m not talking to you”. After a few minutes back and forth I yell “Brooke is my dad!” And he finally gets it. Turns out my dad had a curfew (because of a previous DUI) and he pulled us over cause the car was in my dad’s name.

I saw a video of a lawyer where he mentions that in some states the ticket that they gave and other stuff involving you to pay a percentaje goes to the officer that pulled you over and it was meant to prevent brives from the drivers but provoked the opposite and cops started giving tickets and planting evidence, so that's why some of them do these tricks

Use to drive a car that well cops would profile that certain kind of race typically drove. (I am not of that race). I got pulled over in the middle of the night. The cop ran over to my car, gun out and flashlight in my face. Once he saw me he paused and asked for my license and registration. I did so and he started going off about certain kid of people doing drug deals in the area. This was an upper middle class neighborhood. He then also kept trying to almost admit someone else owned the car??? At one point I threatened to call another cop onto the scene, to which he threw my information back at me and sped off. Sadly due to it being dark out I never got to see which township the police officer was from so I could never get him reported

I would’ve been like, “uhm sir, you literally just said that. Are you okay? You weren’t acting like this before your camera was on…”

Volunteered to get diapers to get a minute to myself, but it was dark and I’d been attacked in a parking lot when younger. I pulled against the curb to run into the store for just diapers. A guy in regular clothes inside the store questioned if that was my car. I said yes and explained my situation, apologizing for parking there. Dude opened his jacket to show me the gun in his holster 😳 Like, what?! I know it’s wrong to park there, but wtf. Idk what kind of cop he was, maybe he said, but I was stunned. Then he gave me the bs line about parking under a streetlight for safety. Yeah, dude, thanks, I was attacked under a streetlight in a parking lot. Some good it did me 🙄

I always comment about the same case in these types of videos, about the college girl who was just being friendly with a cop without realizing she was being asked trick questions. She ended up convicted of DUI when she wasn't even driving.

Officers like that are the reason people aren't friendly and educated with cops anymore, but cold and rude. You never know when you have one out front who doesn't mind ruining your life for no reason.

I got few stories about cops, in one it didn't exactly happen to me, but it did involved me... When I was less than a year old my family moved to Mexico, our first language is spanish so no much change for my sister and my parents when we moved. My sisters where already at the age to go to school and in the school they gave one of them candy because there was a birthday that day... In between those candies there were spicy ones... And one of my sisters gave me one of those... Bad idea, past midnight my mom went to check on me because i was way too quiet... I was turning blue... So my parents rush me to the hospital, but since my parents were new to the place they didn't know where it was they were lost. Until they saw a cop... They stop andask hospital? Where is the hospital... The guy forgot his language... He didn't understand what my parent were saying, my parent even show the f blue baby they had with them but he still didn't understand and still laughed... So my dad speed of once more because the cop was not going to be of help... My dad drived until they saw the big H of the hospital at the distance... So yeah i am alive but not for the help of that cop who forgot how to speak spanish...

Got another story that it really happed to my uncle and he still feels embarrassed by this. He was walking home from work... It was late at night, like very late to the point no car nor person was out... And he reaaaally needed to go number 2... So he found a plastic bag and just went, after that he continue on his way carrying the bag... And then a police car appeard and two officers came out of the car. In a panic my uncle threw the bag and before he started running one of the officers tackled him... The other went for the bag... When the officer pinning my uncle was about to put the cuffs on him the other screamed... "THIS IS SHIT!" ... So my uncle explained that he jus really need to go and didn't want to just leave a dump just there... So he took the bag to throw it in the garbage can or something, the officers just laughed and just gave him a drive home... He was like 19 😂

I had a cop kinda accuse me of being drunk. In fact I was on my way home after my dialysis day. The cop was so shocked he asked how he can confirm that, well I had the parking receipt, and pointed to the cathethers in my got kinda pale and told me I was free to go

I was driving home late one night when a cop pulled me over. I said I cycled over this bridge most days and was one of the few people who had ever read the speed signs. You haven't been drinking? If you too had congestive heart failure, would you consume alcohol? He thanked me confirming every other driver drove too fast across it. The only time I have been stopped for driving safely.

About 7 or 8yr ago I was pulled over and I already knew it was bc my tags were out. My husband and I were struggling back then and we weren't able to get a repair or something done yet so it could pass inspection.
Anyway I give the police officer my license and insurance while explaining our situation. He wasn't a d*ck or anything but he said " I smell mary " but he said it like a question if that makes sense 🤔 and I had NEVER smoked in my truck except cigarettes and nobody else had either and I was absolutely 100% sure about this so I said " No, that has never been smoked in this vehicle " he didn't push it and checked my license and of course I got a citation 😐
I knew it was a tactic to see if I would confess anything, but I wasn't lying so I wasn't worried. Actually thought it was kinda funny 🤷🏼‍♀️ LOL

Says OP to his wife as she brings him another plate of his favourite Dino nuggets, and comforts him over that extremely shady Police encounter.
