That is so rad for you! I live not far from a great area for dinosaurs, but I am fascinated by the pre Cambrian, proto mammals and the tiny mammals that lived during the dinosaur era!

I had an uncle from Rhodesia who lived in South Africa for a large portion of his life before he came to the United States.

He had the most interesting stories, I was just a reminder of how much I miss him.
