this happens everywhere even the reaction channels with 3-4 million SUBS...then they put out a video and it gets 50-100K views - lol its because people SUB (for some reason) and then never come back to watch another video - I'd rather have 10K subs who give me 10K views a day than 100K subs and I only get 1K views a day - VIEWS > Sub count ANYDAY.

Ok. I'm not really sure what you're trying to say. I post a video, and it gets very little views and almost no interaction. The topic was a particular car. I got 40 views in three years. Another user with a similar car gets 20 thousand views in 1 month . That is pure planned bullshit. Ideas please.

quick question if you're available to answer.
I uploaded my first video in around 10 months, 2 days ago. the video is just a hip hop instrumental with no promo or call to actions implemented on-screen, neither have titled it with a famous name followed by "type beat" like most successful producers do; i simply uploaded an image with my sound behind it, and it has reached 1.1k views in 2 days & just keeps going up whenever i refresh the page... bare in mind, every video on my channel prior to this for the past 4 years hasn't even seen 300 views, so i'm actually really curious as to what i've done to make this specific video as attractive as it seems to be. could it be hashtags? that's literally the only other thing i can think of, but then i've only used the same hashtags for this track, as i did for my other tracks.

I am confused. I heard when you start a channel to not ask everyone you know because the algorithm gets confused by looking at what all those subscribers like and that the common thread is not existent so it doesnt know the niche to put you in. Because the common thread is those subscribers know you not they they all like crafting or whatever. I have always heard grow it naturally and it takes longer but the algorithm puts your videos in front of viewers who are interested in your content and at the long haul you will grow a better and bigger audiance.. Has that changed?
