The Rabbis Are TWISTING Isaiah 53

It's common for many Jewish Rabbis like Tovia Singer to say Isaiah 53 is not about Jesus but the nation of Israel. This interpretation is wrong.

An unclean sacrifice can’t be given for an honorable sin offering; therefore, Israel can’t be sacrificed for itself. Critics can argue all they want, but my mind can’t be changed on this. The Suffering Servant would have to spiritually be “without spot or blemish” in order to fulfill this role.

It would have been best if they just said, "We don't know". But they had to make something up because the parallels between Isaiah 53 and Jesus's death and resurrection would be too evident.
Well guess what? No one can kill the truth. And Jesus is the literal Truth (John 14:6).

Elsewhere in the texts it says the messiah will unite the nations and bring hope to the gentiles. I don't see anybody but Yeshua fulfilling that quota. Also, the Israeli monarchy is long gone and not many can trace their roots to it so how will the supposedly still coming Messiah be born of the lineage of David, since it's unverifiable unlike Jesus?

I read awhile back how, until @AD1000, the standard rabbinic interpretation of Isaiah 53 was that the Servant was the Messiah.

It was only about that time that the rabbis reinterpreted Isaiah 53 to mean Israel, because so many Jews were converting to Christianity because the chapter so perfectly described Jesus as their Messiah!
