Zoom - easily play a video file - Zoom 5.5.0 new feature!

Zoom has made it easy to share and play video files in a meeting. Part of the 5.5.0 update on 2/1/2021 allows you to select a video file and Zoom immediately opens the file, shares audio, and plays the video as shared content. The host has typical video player controls (pause/ play, volume control, full screen, video length/elapsed time), which are not seen by other participants during share. MP4 and MOV files are supported, and the max video resolution is 1080p. This is going to be a great new feature for educators, teachers, and corporate staff.

Steps to share a video file in Zoom meeting
1) Select Share screen
2) Click Advanced Tab
3) Click Video - Share a sound and Optimize for video clip are selected

File types for videos:
1) MOV
2) MP4

Hi! Do you see how at 2:20, you are holding a laptop that shows Carol's view? The person watching the video is only seeing part of it--one forth of the screen on the right is displaying a video feed. 
Do you know how to disable that as a presenter or as an attendee to a meeting? I'm hosting a webinar soon and don't know how to the viewers would see full screen. It seems in test runs like the attendee who sees my screen cannot get rid of that video feed to the side.

Hi Chris, I have Zoom question on Video files. I seem to get huge file sizes when recording via Zoom. I have a video file that 30 min =1.3 GB (this was only 2 people talking) and 38 min = 4.1 GB (we showing a video on share screen) not sure if you can help. We want to record meetings without such big file sizes.
