I was in someone else's zoom meeting, and they were having trouble getting a video shared so we could all hear it. I came here, watched the video, and then chimed into the meeting with the instructions. I got some praise, and wanted to thank you for making this happen. There were about 30 people in the meeting, so I felt really good after that.

Thanks. Here is my problem, I noticed the sound is louder if I play from Vimeo versus from my computer (where the video is stored). The sound is fine on my computer but it is not loud enough on the participants. I use a USB mic which I put over the speaker and that helps a little. I am going to try to embed the video into a PowerPoint presentation to see if that helps.

Thanks for the video! We're having the problem that when we play youtube or spotify, the sound the participants hear is much, much louder than what we hear. One of our teachers can't even hear the video at all on her end. Any thoughts about what could be causing this? We use Yeti microphones. Thanks!

Thank you for posting this lesson. My problem is the Youtube video is choppy at times. I tried playing with the quality in the settings icon. It didn't help so much. Is there anything else I can do to make my YouTube video smoother?

Playing Vimeo video from a webpage over Zoom:

I have clicked: 'share sound' and 'optimize for video clip' - the choices for sharing screen. (The options are not the same as yours: NOT 'Share computer sound', NOT 'Optimize for full-screen video clip')

I am logged into zoom.

I am not the host.

Some could not hear the sound. 10 people connected.
