Excellent video Soke thanks for sharing. Agreed 💯 % these traditions have survived for a reasons. I feel that one of the reasons these traditions made it this far is that they were battle field tested and the men/women that were skilled in these traditions weeded out the things that didn’t work. Years of wisdom from the masters skilled in the arts of fighting and surviving in a cut throat times means more than the knowledge of those who think they can apply it.
