I friggin love the fact that the R&C speedrunning community just had absolutely no idea of this monster of a runner in Japan. That is just such an awesome and just kinda funny lol. It must have felt like such a massive wall for runners to overcome.

And I can't imagine how much time he put into this game to find all of these skips and exploits. Cutting that hour from Xem's time is something that takes entire communities *years* to pull off.

I always love coming back to this video just to watch that Silence Reveal portion. The editing is just amazing, and that brief bit of the Ratchet head with japanese lettering on a black bar covering his eyes into a brief dead *silence* sends chills down the spine.
