Jeff Bezos is INSANE!!! Blue Origin sues NASA try to STOP SpaceX and Elon Musk
Blue Origin has chosen to continue fighting NASA's selection of SpaceX to build a Human Landing System as part of the Artemis Moon Program.
The company filed suit in the US Court of Federal Claims on Friday and received a protective order to seal the documents on Monday. The lawsuit follows a decision in late July by the US Government Accountability Office that rejected a protest by Blue Origin and Dynetics over NASA's $2.9 billion awards to SpaceX to further the development of its Starship program.

How will this lawsuit affect the relationship with NASA and the progress of the Artemis project?
The new lawsuit escalates Blue Origin's feud with NASA, almost completely ending the long-standing cooperation relationship that they had previously built with NASA. As recently as last week, senior leaders at NASA and Blue Origin were in talks to forestall such a lawsuit. NASA would still like to include Blue Origin in its Artemis Program, a source familiar with those talks said. However, the space agency does not appear to have come to an agreement with the company.
"We firmly believe that the issues identified in this procurement and its outcomes must be addressed to restore fairness, create competition, and ensure a safe return to the Moon for America," Blue Origin said.
Now in court, Blue Origin’s challenge could trigger another pause to SpaceX’s contract and a new lengthy delay to NASA’s race to land astronauts on the Moon by 2024.

Well they said that price wasn't the primary driver, that's why we thought we could charge double, and give less than half of the return on investment, and still be considered just as good a deal as SpaceX.
Can you imagine this philosophy while buying a home? Yeah, we've decided to sue the real estate company, because we offered to sell a three bedroom one bath 50-year-old house for $1, 000, 000 and the competitor gave them an eight bedroom six bath mini mansion for $500, 000. This is unfair you should have selected the three bedroom ranch, or even purchased both.

My thoughts are with my friends...and the rest of the employees of BO....and Boeing. They have put their hearts and souls into these projects only to be hamstrung by the horrible decision making and money grubbing (and tantrums) of their respective (mis) management
