Root: The Riverfolk Expansion - Unboxing and Discussion

Hal and Max are back with more Root content! Today we unbox the Riverfolk Expansion which adds two new factions to the game, the Lizard Cult and the Riverfolk Company. With the addition of these new factions you can now enjoy Root with groups of up to 6 people!

In addition to these new factions, the expansion also introduces new game modes such as cooperative and competitive bot play with the new Mechanical Marquise and three new Vagabond character cards. With the Mechanical Marquise as your adversary, you can now also enjoy Root as a solo game as well!

But are you and one of your friends constantly squabbling over who gets to play the Vagabond? Well, squabble no more. The Riverfolk expansion also introduces a second Vagabond with its associated player board and a new Vagabond game piece (this one is black so not to be mixed up with the grey one from the base game)!
