Cannot blend the secondary data source because one or more fields use an unsupported aggregation
Data blending has some limitations regarding non-additive aggregates such as COUNTD, MEDIAN, and RAWSQLAGG. Non-additive aggregates are aggregate functions that produce results that cannot be aggregated along a dimension. Instead, the values have to be calculated individually. All Number functions, except for MAX and MIN, are non-additive aggregates. For more information, see Tableau Functions (by Category).

These limitations cause certain fields in the view to become invalid under certain circumstances. If you hover your mouse cursor over one of these invalid fields, you see the following error:

Great Work, Just 1 doubt, can we bring a non aggregated dimension in view in a data blend in tableau by any way?

One help if u can make a video regarding when we have data above 100M and there are not any possiblity to aggregate the data on query level then how can we mange this situation with ... because when we create extract ..its getting failed to make extract and responding very very slow, sometime its gets closed automatically ...just like can't able to workable.

Hi, Is there any other way to solve the * issue. I'm try to create a dashboard where for example there are global filters on multiple dashboards of country. But if I don't keep World Indicators as the primary data source the filters won't work on sheets where the primary data source from 3rd source. Please help if possible. Thanks. 😄
