These delectable sandwich cookies are inspired by Alfajores dulce de lèche. Here is the 21st Century version made with sablé crust and stuffed with salted caramel ganache. Inspired by Chef Antonio Bachour.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m from Argentina. I love alfajores I have a lot of different recipes but, I’ haven’t tried salted caramel as a filling before.

Bruno, I think you should offer in person classes, I mean once COVID thing starts to go down, hopefully soon! you can have classes for beginners starting from basics and move up in skills.. You have a wonderful artistic skills! I surely like to learn from you one day (I have zero experience and knowledge about baking and dessert)

Thank you Chef. While every video I watch with my my mouth open in awe, most of them I could never make. Appreciate having something simple but with complex flavours. I really like that most people would think it was just a filled cookie only to be surprised after biting into one. Thank you again sir nad I hope you add many more cookie recipes with your own twist to take it up a level.
