I loved this. I'm a preceptor on the telemetry unit and I found that precepting really adds a new level of fulfillment to my career. Thank you!

Ty for this video! I suck as a preceptor! Goal for 2022 is to do better. After 10 years I struggle to verbalize the “why” to new folks because it is just innate for me now. Any online or book resources you suggest?

What if your manager forces you to be a preceptor? I’m in that situation right now and I’m nervous because I’ve only been on my unit for 1 year

I was actually fiending for this topic and am taking notes. The new ideas I'm adding to my belt are : to send them with other nurses to learn other ways, practice traveling, and self-evaluate your own skills and recognize when u need to change or sit down. Thanks again, man.
