I bought the 2023 LE. In less than 10k miles, the infotainment started to flicker on/off while driving. Do a search on YT its a common issue.

2020 RAV are the same only difference are the Touchscreen and Fog lights

Too bad that the 2019 has no navigation nor maps nor does toyota have a replacement for the now defunct Scout/entune. its only on the 2020 or newer can you have any options.

In Canada, trims under XLE premium you dont even have engine immobilizer, even RAV4 is solid build last for decades. point is when you put more money buy a toyota for extra years of service time, you wont get anyway, the got stolen before they die.
