Good job! A horticulturist is an awesome thing to know. My Grandfather Pecan Jones grafted pecan tree limbs onto oak trees. Probably other trees too. He died when I was 10. That's why they called him Pecan. You have yourself an assortment of fruit trees there. Good for you! ❤❤❤

There are so many ways to prune fruit trees to meet your land and requirements. They can be grown 3 to a pit, at 6 ft between pits, they can be trained to only 2 ft high along wires, or grown flat against a wall. Find what your needs are, what trees will grow in your area, and don't be afraid to experiment.

A great tip for figs is to actually damage the plant. What this does is let the tree think it’s in an area where it might not survive and so it will bare a tonne of fruit to ensure its seed continues. I’ve seen people snip out a part of the main stem and get lots of figs, while on the fig tree they didn’t damage, there wasn’t any fruit. That’s a great little orchard you’re growing. 😊

Good stuff looks great. I'm using these new cloning balls for soil to try and expand my active blueberry producing bushes. If all goes well and this rooting hormone works well I should have 45 or so blueberry bushes by mid to late summer planted wnd ready to go making blueberries

In my experience, bigger fruits are not always better. On the same tree, small apples are much better than the bigger ones in both taste and texture. The one exception I know of is Arbutus unedo or strawberry tree, where the bigger the berries, the best they are. And since they tend to alternate, it's best to get rid of some of the blossom.
