10 Safest Cities in The United States. 2022

The FBI just came out with the latest stats on crime in the United States, so I thought we could take a look at the safest cities in the United State with a population of over 100k residents.
If you live in a small town or small city of let's say 20k or fewer residents it is sort of easy to have a low violent crime rate. When you get into the 100k or more area it gets hard to do. The cities on this list have done a great job keeping violent crime very low.
Most of these cities are out west in Arizona, California, Texas, and even one in Illinois.
Everyone wants to find that place where they can feel safe, this list is a good place to start your search for a safe place in the United States.

I'm a teacher in Irvine. It's a master planned community. A couple tidbits about it is they designed the local university, University CA of Irvine, away from City Hall so the students wouldn't be in close proximity to protest. The city basically build the school to be isolated. Also there's 1 designated shopping center for every subdivision community so there isn't congestion. They didn't want to have a bunch of shopping centers randomly spread out on every corner.

There are no bars or liquor stores in the city. I believe there are only 1 or 2 7/Elevens. Everything closes early with the exception of the Irvine Spectrum and the Diamond Plaza.

Its a great place to raise a family though. Schools are great and people are very active.

You should do a video on the best Tacos inTexas, or the US. Naples Fl has 18 golf courses in the city limits. (Naples population 21, 812)

Also, if I live in Daly City and feel as safe walking around at 1am as I do at 1pm and all these places are safer than that that's pretty impressive.
