The way they can pay the same amount each month is due to how synthetic options work, they are cleared in cash and they have 1 year to pay the dividends out to share owners before they are responsible for the taxes on them.

So funds like this will have a good month, and save extra to pay out on down months

I own it but I do wonder what will happen if treasuries go back under 1%, are they still able to produce that extra ~4-5% on top of that with the spreads. Thx for the video.

CSHI is also another good one. Doesn't pay as much HIGH, but still pretty solid at close to 7%.
